Louise "Joy" Frick Obituary
Louise Frick, affectionately known as "Joy" Frick, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2024, at the age of seventy-seven, at the time of her passing she was a resident of Clifton Heights, Pa.
Joy was born the third child of George and Louise Marie Kerrigan on June 13, 1946, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On July 3, 1965, Joy married the love of her life, William "Bill" Frick, Sr. Together, they were blessed with five children. Although being a loving wife and mother was Joy's primary interest, she also enjoyed bowling and a career in real estate. Joy was a proud Irish Catholic with strong morals and values. She could effortlessly strike up a conversation with others, and she appreciated a witty sense of humor. Though she was petite in stature, Joy was larger than life.
Joy will be buried alongside her beloved husband Bill, who passed away on November 30, 2012. Their son Christian also preceded Joy in death. She leaves behind her remaining children (and their spouses): William, Jr. (Tanya), "Wally" (Christine), Cameron (Christina), and Kimberly (Troy), adoring nieces and nephews, her grandchildren: William III, Ashley, Catherine, Morgan, Spencer, Leanna, Cameron Jr., Anna Marie, and Riley Jo, and great-grandchildren: Tristan, Charlee, Troy, Tommy, Harry, Tyler, and Addelynn Joy, and additional loving friends and family. The family feels blessed to have had Joy in their lives.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Graveside Service Sat. February 24, 2024 12:30pm SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Road, Springfield, PA 19064.
