Louise R. (Langone) Crupi of Stoneham, formerly of Wakefield passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She was 74 years of age. Born in Cambridge on February 2, 1940, Louise was the eldest daughter of the late Francis A. Langone and Margaret (Terravecchia) Langone. Louise was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her. Louise was a graduate of Wakefield High School class of 1957. She went on to serve as Secretary to the Superintendent of Northeast Regional Vocational High School. Louise was the beloved wife of Donald J. Crupi. She was the devoted mother of Laura Colantuoni and her husband Jay, Carolyn Palermo and Stephen Crupi. Louise was the cherished grandmother of Gina Palermo and Kaitlyn and Kalie Crupi. The dear sister of Carol Hogan and her husband Jay, Fran Connolly and her husband Michael, she was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Louise's Eternal Life in St. Joseph's Church, 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and handicapped elevator are available. Interment Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
