Louise was born on October 15, 1931, and grew up in Middlesex, NC, before moving to Apex. She married John Wilson in 1951, who preceded her in death in 1998.
Louise retired from Southern Bell after 32 years of service. She was the first female supervisor in her district with the company. She was a member of Apex Baptist Church, an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, and watching NASCAR. She was an amazing cook and a master biscuit maker.
Left to cherish Louise's memory are her children, Pat Stephens (Tommy) and Bob Wilson (Becky); her grandchildren, Eric Stephens (Ann), April Williams (Keith), Jonathon Wilson (Jeanie), Leslie Cahoon, Jeremy Wilson (Michelle), Chris Collier (Kari), and Jennifer Hudda (Josh). She had 18 great-grandchildren: John, Alex, Elijah, Merritt, Haley, Hanna, Logan, Makayla, Trinity, Harper, Elizabeth, Raegan, Reese, Blake, Kayla, Matthew, Madison, and Emily; and five great-great-grandchildren: Max, Liam, Hunter, Holden, and Kaiser.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. at Apex Baptist Church, 110 S. Salem St., Apex, followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. Burial at Apex Cemetery will immediately follow.
Those considering memorial contributions may make them to Apex Baptist Church in memory of Louise.

I´m so sorry to see Louise has passed away, she was such a great lady and I enjoyed many Senior lunches at Apex Baptist Church sitting with her and chatting during lunch. We also enjoyed many trips traveling around the local area during one of many Senior outings, Louise will be missed. May God comfort the entire family.

Just heard about Louise tonight. Our condolences to the family. Many fond memories of playing bingo in Apex and on Thursday nights in F-V with her,Helen Lawrence and Debbie Vita. Judy and Rocky Hux

I will always remember Louise´s sweet smile and soft voice. I loved seeing her when she would deliver lunch to Pat at the beauty shop. I know her family will cherish all the memories and she will live on through them.
