Lt. Colonel Kenneth Joseph Bisek, 92, of Ninety Six, South Carolina, entered his Heavenly home on August 12, 2025. He was the devoted husband of the late Francie Sue Rhodes Bisek. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 25, 1932. He was the son of the late Joseph Cassian Bisek and Viola Catherine Grintjes Bisek.

Ken Proudly served his country for 21 years in the United States Army. He was a member of the Military Officer Association of America, Life member of American Post Legion 103, American Legion 40/8, Veteran of Foreign Wars and received the honor of being inducted into the Hall of Heroes.

He graduated from Pius XI Catholic High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He continued his education and was a graduate of Piedmont Tech and Lander University with a BA of Science and was also a certified teacher in accounting.

Ken enjoyed life to the fullest. He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and loved fishing. His greatest passion was bowling in several men's leagues at Expo 300 for numerous years. He gladly shared his knowledge and wisdom to all he encountered.

Surviving are his four daughters, Vicki Stone (Jim) of Ninety Six, SC, Cindi Rushton of Abbeville, SC, Lori Price (Timmy) of Ninety Six, SC and Joni Bisek (Jeff Guarniere) of Ninety Six, SC. A sister, Joanne Wilson of Milwaukee. One of his greatest joys in life were his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Grandsons, Jamie Stone (Melissa), Brent Rushton (Nina), Garrett Price (Ashley), and Cameron Price (Breanna). Great-Grandsons, Evan Stone, Isaac Stone, Spencer Rushton, Cooper Rushton, Sawyer Smith, Mason Price, and Nelson Price.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Boileau, son-in-law, Jim Stone, brother-in-law, Glenn Wilson.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Oakbrook Memorial Park Mausoleum.

His grandsons and friend, Dustin Wood will serve as pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers include Timmy Price, Jeff Guarniere, Dr. Michael Bryant, Storm Blalock, Steve Dove, Mark Rhodes, Bobby Fernandez, Andy Werts, Chris and Richard Shealy, Allen Fortner.

The family will be at their respective homes.

The family will receive friends at Blyth Funeral Home from 4:30-6:30 Tuesday evening.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
