Lucille Collette Obituary
Lucille B. Collette, 89 of Shirley, passed away at her home in the arms or her family on Monday, January 10, 2022.
Born in Sanford, Maine on March 19, 1932, Lucille was the daughter of the late William J. and Alma (Saint Jean) Lemieux.
Lucille loved her family dearly and gatherings of family and friends, a clean & tidy home, the beach, gifts shops, rides around town & Christmas. She was employed as an operator & quality control person who worked at Alcon Plastics of Cleghorn, Azarian Plastics of Fitchburg and Sterling Manufacturing Co. of Clinton MA.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was predeceased by her husband Norman T. Collette.
Lucille is survived by her sons, Wayne N. Collette & his wife Kathleen of NH., Norman M. Collette & his wife Connie Longo of Vermont, her daughter, Cynthia L. Henderson & her husband David of Shirley; Her grandchildren, Christopher M. Collette, Jonathan A. Collette, Hayden L. Collette, Shawn P. Collette, Ryan A. Collette, Julie M. Henderson, and Daniel D. Henderson; Great-grandchildren, Ethan A. Collette, Rachael E. Collette, and Amelia R. Collette.
Lucille's service and celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shirley Christian Fellowship, 3 Harvard Rd, Shirley MA 01464. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Road, Ayer, Massachusetts. Jack and I are so sorry for the passing of Lucille, we always enjoyed our visits and phone calls to her. She is the last of his first cousins from this side of his French side of Brunswick, Canada. His Dad's sister Alma. Not many of his other cousins from that family in Maine still are living Lucille loved calling him Jackie when they were very young. they had good childhood memories growing up! Prayers to all her family.
