RANUCCI, Lucille (nee Silvestri). June 2, 2025. Age 61. Beloved mother of Stefania (Derek) Parks, Sonia (Daniel) Lackowski, Sabrina (Justin) Sanchez, Sandra (Jack) McCormack and Sara (Tia) Ranucci. Proud and adored grandmother of Gianna, Dante, Lena, Cecilia and 3 more on the way. Dear sister of Angela (Thomas) Lorkowski. Loving partner of Michael Repetto. Cherished Zia of Thomas, Mark, and Emily Lorkowski. Predeceased by her parents Pietro and Emilia Silvestri.
Lucy was a force of nature-a vibrant spirit whose laughter could brighten any room and whose authenticity was as bold as the words she spoke. She lived unapologetically, expressing herself with a wit and charm that kept those around her smiling. You never had to wonder what Lucy was thinking; she shared her truth openly, whether good or bad, always with an undeniable flair.
Her heart belonged to her family. She loved fiercely, always placing her parents, daughters, and grandchildren at the center of her world. Lucy was selfless, a woman who would do anything for those she cherished. No challenge was too great for her; she faced life's hardships with remarkable bravery and grace, proving time and again that she could overcome anything.
Lucy took immense pride in her Italian heritage, holding dear the traditions and memories of her family's hometown, Pacentro. It remained her favorite place to visit-a connection to her roots that brought her endless joy throughout her life. She carried that same joy into the moments she spent dancing-her own "Dancing Queen"-and in the warmth of the sun, the salty breeze at the beach, and the comfort of being surrounded by those she loved.
Lucy's legacy is one of love, laughter, and resilience. Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know her. She will be missed dearly, but never forgotten.
Visitation Sunday 3-8pm and Monday 3-8pm with a 7pm Prayer Service Monday night at Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons Inc., (Shelby) 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. Instate Tuesday from 9:30am until time of the 10am Mass at St Clement Catholic Church, 343 S Main St, Romeo, MI 48065. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
