Cindy was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend to so many. She was an amazing person and a beautiful soul who loved, cherished and supported her family, friends and anyone else that needed her. She loved her life and lived it to the fullest. She will be missed more than words could ever express.
She is survived by her loving husband, Curtis Tucker, who she happily married on September 9, 2018, her four children and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren she cherished more than anything. Her four children Christina Neal, Clint Neal and wife Kristi Neal, Jason Douglas, Ryan Douglas and partner April Hestand. Her grandkids Chance Neal, Keenan Neal and wife M.J. Laird-Neal, Lissa White, Nevaya Adams, Kori Neal, Cole Neal, Adyson Douglas, Kase Sadler, Dean Douglas and great-grandkids Emory White, Noa Gillespie, and Ailey and Mallory Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Elisabeth Carnagey and her younger brother Chet Carnagey.
