Born in Astoria, New York November 12, 1966 she was a daughter to Philip and Gertrude Francabandera.
Surviving in addition to her husband Scott are her siblings, Marianne Francabandera Laurito-sister, Philip Francabandera-brother, Vincent Francabandera-brother, Frank Francabandera-brother, Theresa Francandera DiPasquale-sister, and Rosemarie Francabandera-sister-deceased
Her daughter Cassidy Marie Akers passed in June 2016.
Lucy was a very kind and loving person. She was very giving, funny and gracious. Lucy was a very good mother who loved her daughter with tremendous devotion. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A graveside burial will take place in Lehighton Cemetery October 24, 2024.

She was a very loving caring person that will be very much missed. I remember working with her at LKQ for the short time I was there.
