Luis Mario García Mendoza, 52, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20th, 2025. He is preceded in death by his beloved father, Jose Fidel Olivas Mendoza.

Luis was born on July 18th, 1973, in Ignacio Zaragoza, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Ramona Garcia Mendoza and Jose Fidel Olivas Mendoza.

Luis was a hardworking man who took great pride in everything he built and worked for throughout his life. Family meant a great deal to him, and he was almost always present at family gatherings and social events, showing up with consistency.

He was known for his strong work ethic, his great sense of humor, and his friendly nature. Luis made people laugh and feel comfortable, and his presence brought warmth and connection wherever he went.

He will be remembered for his dedication, his laughter, and the love he showed simply by being present. Luis leaves behind a huge family who will forever carry his memory and the values he lived by.

Luis is survived by his mother, Ramona Garcia Mendoza; his loving partner, Guadalupe Aide Barrandey; his siblings, Yanet Mendoza, Idalia Hecker (Wade), and Irasem Santana (Carlos); his children, Marissa, Casandra (Tommy), Cruzita, Adrian, and Lino; his stepchildren, Izzy and Roy Nunez; and seven grandchildren.

A casket viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025, 5pm-7pm at Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home and Crematory, 1102 N Lincoln Ave, Loveland, Colorado 80537

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, at 11 am at Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home and Crematory, 1102 N Lincoln Ave, Loveland, Colorado 80537

Open to anyone who knew him.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,

and let perpetual light shine upon him.

May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed,

through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
