Luis Pabey Obituary
In 1951 he enlisted in the US Marines Corp. After his training he was sent to fight in the Korea War. During his fight he went missing from October 27, 1952, to August 23, 1953. In December 1953 he was honored with the Purple Heart for his service and as a POW of the Korean War.
He lived in Waterbury, CT for over 40 years and retired from WYCO in 1996, when he moved to Florida.
His is survived by his living wife, Patricia Vazquez. Also, by a daughter and her husband, two stepdaughters, one stepson, one sister, two brothers, four grandchildren, one step-grandchild, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchild; and family and friends.
