Lukah Lynn Daniel McClure, age 2, of Roosevelt, passed away on July 31, 2025. He is the son of Dasha and Jerysa McClure.
He was born on February 28, 2023, in Roosevelt, Utah.
“Lukah” means the bringer of light, and that he was, any room he walked into, especially if you had Dino Ranch on the TV and string cheese in hand. He made sure he was the center of attention. From his contagious smile, his goofy evil laugh, and his groovy dance moves.
His bright blue eyes light up our momma hearts in a way nothing else will. He shined his light so bright there’s no way you couldn’t smile when you looked at him.
He came into this world and changed it completely. He saved us and that we can always stand by.
His beautiful soul will never be forgotten, “His skin was a dress he wore here.” He will always be with us in every sunset, every baby feather and every single moo “cow.” He loved his moo’s, oh and when playing with his moo’s, his cow always had to win.
We love you, we love you, we love you!
He is survived by his parents, Jerysa & Dasha McClure, special cousin, Bubba Rexxtyn; aunts, Brooklynn McClure, Dericka “MJ” Spencer; uncles, Mason (Jaylee) Spencer, Randy (Crystal) Reecher; grandparents, Robbie (Amanda) McClure, Jay (Monica) Spencer, Colette (Dustan) Ames, Heather Zurcher; great grandparents, Gerry and Kelley Reecher, Sheldon and Sandy Spencer, Marlene and Dave Richmond, and numerous others.
Lukah was preceded in death by his Nana, Staci Reecher, uncle, Matt Call, great grandma, Mae Crank, uncle and aunt, Corky and Jeannie Koss, great grandpa, Chad McClure, family friends, Traicyn Frisby and Jensen Miller.
