Mr. Luke Edward Walker Jr.

Mr. Luke Edward Walker, Jr. age 28 of Chipley, Florida (formerly of Graceville, FL), passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Luke Edward Walker, Jr. was born in Jackson Hospital on November 12, 1988 to Tanya and Luke Walker. He grew up in Graceville, Florida and attended Graceville High School. From an early age he was extremely active sports and received numerous awards and trophies while playing pee wee and middle school football. He played many positions, but excelled at running back. He was a hard worker and while employed at the Rehabilitation Center in Chipley, received compliments on his work ethics. He has also worked in construction and a number of little side jobs. He moved to Chipley and on August 29, 2012 married the love of his life (high school sweetheart) Precious Lashae' Sherrod. He was a loving husband so affectionate and never missed a day to tell me he loved me! To this union two children (Nioaki Walker and Luke Walker III) were born. He was a very loving and caring father, but most importantly he was present in their lives. He was preceded in death by His Grandfather: Luke Walker, Jr.; His Nephews: Ja'Khadyn and Ja'Mir Giles. He leaves to treasure his memories, His Loving Wife: Precious Lashae' Walker; His Children: Lucas Walker, Nioaki Walker and Luke Walker, III; His Mother: Tanya Watford; His Father: Luke Walker, Sr.; His Brothers: Cortney and James Giles; His Stepsister: Rakia Watford and a host of other relatives and friends.
