Lula Mason Obituary
Lula Earlene Bembridge Mason,82, of Edenton, NC passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at her residence.
Mrs. Mason was born on October 18, 1942, and was the daughter of the late William Frank Bembridge, Sr. and Virginia Smith Bembridge and was the wife of the late Robert Mason. In addition to her husband and parents, Lula was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Lynn Gray; brother, William Frank Bembridge, Jr.; and sisters, Harriett Brannan and Mary Ann Silverthorne.
Surviving is her son, William Ray “Billy” Alexander and wife, Tammy; three grandchildren, Tiffany Gray Moon, Evan Alexander, and Lyllian Alexander; three great grandchildren, Mason Byrum, Clara Moon, and Wyatt Alexander; four sisters, Miriam Clay, Frances Jenkins, Faye Bembridge, and Margaret Hughes; and sister-in-law, Virginia Bembridge.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Beaver Hill Cemetery, 476 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Edenton, NC 27932.
