Lula Mae Reagan

Lula Mae (Wolfe) Reagan, 87, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born on Wednesday, August 31, 1938, to the late Robert Sylvester and Minnie Eva (Chitwood) Wolfe.

Lula loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed long car rides to local parks, watching for deer, and cherished every camping trip she took. A devoted homemaker, she worked tirelessly to raise her seven children and took great pride in intending to make her garden.

Lula is survived by five of their eight children: Janet Mae, Jane Elizabeth, Joyce Anna, Charlie Dwayne, and Nancy Elaine (David); three sisters, Dolly, Rosalie, and Margaret; and one brother, Boyd.

She is preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life Charlie Edgar, with whom she shared almost 69 years of marriage—a bond so strong that they passed just nineteen days apart, their faithful love carrying them home together; three of her children, Carol Delorse, Jearl Edgar, and Dorothy Rose (stillborn baby); three brothers, Wesley, Ernest, and Dennis; and one sister, Marie.

Lula was blessed with a large and loving family, including eight children, eighteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM until service time of 11:00 AM with Pastor William (Bill) Rawson officiating. Burial to follow at Walker Branch Cemetery in Reynolds County.
