Lydia Link Obituary
Lydia was born to Anna (née Defede) and Salvatore Valenti in Brooklyn, NY. She worked as a book designer with Harper & RowPublishers of New York City for over 30 years. Lydia was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ for her entire life. She held the ordained office of deaconess for over 70 years. She will be missed by the many members of The Church who have known her and loved her throughout the years.
A celebration of Lydia's life will take place on Tuesday, May 30th, 3-7 PM at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue. A Prayer Service will be offered at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 31st, 10 AM. Lydia will be laid to rest at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lydia's memory to HOINA, P.O. Box 636, Brownstown, PA 17508-0636.
