LYLE GORDON TOBIASON, age 72, of Magnolia, died Sunday, April 30, 2023, at his home. He was born May 21, 1950, in Luverne, to Gordon and Lauretta (Pank) Tobiason. He graduated from Adrian High School in 1969 and later from Pipestone Technical College.
He had worked at Highland Manufacturing, in Worthington, before retiring. Lyle farmed on the family farm near Magnolia all of his life. He was a former member of the Kenneth Lutheran Church. He enjoyed farming, horses, horse shows, trail riding and auctions.
Lyle is survived by his two sisters, Linda (Doug) Broich, Montevideo; and Laurie (Jeff) Deutsch, Ellsworth; six nieces & nephews, Michael (Liz) Broich, Todd (Kristin) Broich, Ryan (Sarah) Broich, Jennifer Deutsch, Tiffany (Adam) Runyan and Nicholas Deutsch; and many great nieces & nephews; and a great-great niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 6 from 10 am to noon at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Luverne. Funeral will be noon on Saturday at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Luverne. Burial will be in the Maplewood Cemetery in Luverne.
