Lynda Dianne Mitchell, 63, of Mansfield, Louisiana passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was born July 3, 1960, in Shreveport, Louisiana to John and Ruth Mitchell. Dianne served in the United States Navy. She was a joy to all those that knew her. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her mother, Ruth Mitchell, and brother, John Gregory Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her father, John Mitchell.
Honoring Dianne as pallbearers will be Janio Jarquin, Kevin Bedsole, Ronnie Ward, Kenny Anderson, Randy Fuller, Albert Stoma, and Gilbert Stoma.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Veteran Affairs Hospital of Shreveport for their excellent care.
Graveside service celebrating the life of Dianne will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 7970 Mike Clark Road, Keithville, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Dennis Aaron with Open Range Fellowship Church in Greenwood, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk Street, Mansfield, Louisiana.
