Lynda Sidery, 70, of Avon, was called home to the Lord on January 11, 2026. She was born on November 16, 1955, in Indianapolis to Peter and Harriet (Lyons) Sidery.
Lynda enjoyed a long and dedicated career in the machinery industry, but above all, she will be remembered as a kind and sweet soul. She deeply loved her family and never let a birthday or holiday pass without reaching out to remind them how special they were and how much she loved them. Lynda also had a love and compassion for animals, reflecting her caring heart.
Known for her charming sense of humor, Lynda could always be counted on to make others laugh, and brought joy to those who knew her.
She is survived by her brother, David (Pamela) Sidery; niece, Sara; nephews, John (Aubrey) and Evan Sidery; and great-nephew, Luke. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Harriet Sidery.
A private family service will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
