Lynn Delle Desrochers

Mrs. Lynn Delle Desrochers passed away peacefully on Friday evening at UAB Hospital, surrounded by her son and family. She was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and a loyal friend whose strength and honesty left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Lynn is survived by her two sons, Joshua Carlson (Samantha) and Jeremy Carlson (Dina); her cherished grandchildren, Jeremiah Carlson, Frankie Carlson, and Noah Carlson; her brother, Curtis Bilbrey; her aunt, Jill Graf (Leon); her best friend of over 60 years, Shawn Stoskopf; and her dear friends, Drew Taylor and Suzi Bostic. She also leaves behind her beloved four-legged companion, Missy.
She was preceded in death by her precious granddaughter, Anya Carlson; her parents, Mervin and Joy Bilbrey; and her sister, Westry Carlson.
Lynn was known for her fierce sense of justice; she was a fighter who always stood up for what was right. Honest to the core, she valued truth and integrity above all. She was a dedicated and loving mother who cared deeply for her sons, always putting their needs first. Lynn also had a passion for the outdoors and found joy in yardwork and tending to her garden.
A private service will be held at a later date to honor her life.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
