Lynn Shoop Obituary
He was born on August 26, 1938 in Halifax, PA the son of the late James and Esther (Enders) Shoop.
Lynn was married to the late Evelyn (Laudenslager) Shoop.
He retired as Dairy Farmer, and also he worked for Renzenberger, Inc. driving railroad engineers.
Lynn was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Fisherville. He enjoyed riding motorcycle and doing word search puzzels, and was a Willie Nelson fan.
He is survived by sons Chris Shoop, WV, Craig Shoop, Halifax, Bruce Shoop, MD, and Brian Shoop, VA, daughter Suzette Cook, Halifax, sister Jean M. Laudenslager, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister Miriam Snyder and grandson.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Nov. 14, 2022 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. - Elizabethville from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Enders.
