Patrick W. Gallagher

HALIFAX- Patrick W. Gallagher, age 58, died December 23, 2025, at the UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. He was born on February 23, 1967 in Harrisburg, PA the son of [the late] Charles and Betty (Warner) Gallagher.
Patrick was married to Terri (Mongold) Gallagher.
Pat was employed by Pennsylvania Dept of Transportation and worked with the bridge crew, and would drive snowplow in the winters. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and playing pool, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his golden retriever's, Emma and Ginger, and taking them for rides.
He is survived by his wife, Terri and his son Kyle Gallagher of Alaska; Brother and Sister-in-law, Michael and Kim Gallagher of New Bloomfield; Brother, Shawn Gallagher of Marysville; Brother and Sister-in-law, David and Wendy Mongold of Millersburg; Brother and Sister-in-law, John and Wendy Miller of Halifax; Step-son, Wayne David Smith and wife Janelle Smith of Lykens; Daughter-in-law, Stephanie Malve of Millersburg; Grandchildren, Zoe Teter, Rockne Smith, Brody Smith, Matthias Smith, Kelsie Lebo and Hanna Weber; Great Grandchildren, Alexandria, Liem, Luke, Oliver and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Byers.
There will be a viewing held at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes., Ltd, Elizabethville on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 starting at 9:30 AM. Services will start at 10:30 AM followed by burial at Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax.
