Lynne J. (Gorman) Stankoski 74, of Berlin Ct died unexpectedly on May 14, 2025. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Rose (Goldberg) and Max Gorman. She was predeceased by her parents as well as her sister Diane Pearsall; in laws Audrey and Joseph Stankoski; and her aunt Rebecca Myerowitz. “Lilly” was a beloved and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter-in-law, aunt, niece, and friend. Her happiness revolved around spending time with family and friends; camping, vacationing at the lake, crabbing, fishing, antiquing, going to the casino, birdwatching, and gardening. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and her "granddogs." She leaves behind her husband of 54 years, David Stankoski. Besides her husband she leaves: her son Jason Stankoski and his partner Mary Chapell; her daughter Rachel Veronesi and her husband Todd Veronesi; three grandchildren David J. Stankoski, Maggie Veronesi and Joseph Veronesi; her niece Stephanie Dimauro and her husband Sergio Dimauro and their three children Madden, Mason, and Mackenzie; cousins Howard and Susan Myerowitz (and their families); Ed and Marie Stankoski; Joseph and Beatrice Stankoski; Bob and Nancy Peavler and extended family. Thanks to the Veronesi/Fox/Hines family for welcoming Lilly and Davey into your families.
Graveside service will be held Sunday, May 18 , 2025 at 2:30 PM at Beth Alom Cemetery Association, 48 Allen St, New Britain, CT 06053.
