Mabel Webber Fickett of Broad Brook CT and Tempe AZ,Passed away March 21, 2025. She was 95 yrs old. Mabel was born in Lewiston ME. to Mearle and Celia Webber. Mabel was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Richard Fickett, son Richard Fickett, daughter Kathy Fickett Price, her brother Merle Webber and great grandchildren Robert and Anthony Desrocher. She is Survived by her sister Glenys Webber Hubbard, her son Glenn and wife Cindy, her daughters Deb Desrocher and husband Rob, Sister Amy Fickett of Pittsburgh PA, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.
Mabel lived a full life as a devout Catholic, faithful wife, a wonderful mother, mentor and dedicated employee. She loved the shore, especially Small Point, ME. She also loved to cook, was an avid reader and sports fan (especially UCONN girls'basketball). Most of all, she loved her family and friends and instilled good values in her children. She will be dearly missedand forever in our hearts.
To celebrate Mabel's life, a Mass of Christian Burial will be on April 7, 2025, at 10:30 at Little Sisters of the Poor/ St. Peter and Paul Home, 1028 Benton Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
Mabel will be laid to rest next to her husband, Richard in Maine. In Lieu of flowers please donate to the Little Sisters of the Poor1028 Benton Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15212 or through their website (www.littlesistersofthepoorpittsburgh.org).

Mabel was a joy to have as a resident at St. Francis Residence in Enfield, CT. We all loved her very much. Mass will be offered at Our Lady of the Angels Convent Chapel for Mabel.
