Mabel Gilligan Obituary
Mabel Kahler Gilligan, 94, of Boynton Beach, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at her home.
Mabel was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Richard, Sr. on March 4, 2010, and is survived by her three children, Richard (Diane) Gilligan, Jr., Sandra Allen, and Carol Gilligan; grandson, Christian Gilligan.
Inurnment will take place at 9:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2025, at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth. Those attending will gather in Lane 1. That evening, at 5:00 p.m. Monday, a Memorial Service to honor Mabel's life will be held at SCOBEE-COMBS-BOWDEN FUNERAL HOME, 599, N.E. 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Mabel's name are made to to either: Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation at komen.org or to TrustBridge Hopsice at https://trustbridge.com/give/
