Mac Render

McNeil "Mac" Render, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, at the age of 83, in Lansing, Michigan. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who made a lasting impact on the lives of all who knew him.

Born on December 11, 1942, in Grand Rapids, MI, Mac was a shining example of hard work and dedication. He spent his career nurturing his business, R & R Fabrication in Grand Ledge, where his passion for restoring cars flourished. Mac's love for bringing new life to classic cars was not just his profession but his calling.

Mac leaves behind his cherished wife, Sunny, children: Patrick Render, Connie Garcia, Carleen Zook, Brian (Terry) Zook, Norman (Brenda) Zook, Cindy (Dean) Campbell, Denise (Dennis) Crawford, Dan (Andrea) Meckstroth, and Marcie (Todd) Walter, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters Catherine and Yvonne. Mac was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Richard Render.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on February 4, 2026, at the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel, Grand Ledge with visitation the hour prior. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Grand Ledge. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in loving memory of McNeil "Mac" Render.
