Mack Bruce Rich, 66, of Clarkton went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 8, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jude and Estelle Rich and two sisters: Geneva and Brenda Creech. Bruce leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Brenda Rich of the home; three sons: Anthony Rich and wife Tonia of Bladenboro; Eric Rich of Clarkton and Johnathan Rich of Clarkton; two brothers: Ted Rich and wife Sandra of Dublin; Steve Rich and wife Nancy of Santee Cooper; one sister: Judy Brown and husband Franklin, also of Santee Cooper; three granddaughters: Tiffany Tisdale and husband Darren of Clarkton; Amber Storms and husband Troy of Bladenboro; and Cheyene Rich of the home and two great grandchildren: Kylie McDonald and Hank Tisdale.
Bruce loved his family, especially his grandchildren. They were his pride and joy. He loved the Lord and is now with him in his heavenly home. Bruce will be missed. He never met a stranger, loved to talk and always kept people laughing especially with his many stories of life. Bruce also enjoyed fishing and traveling to the mountains.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a funeral service at 3 pm officiated by Rev. Anthony Rich and Rev. Dewey Ball. Burial will follow the services in the Salem Cemetery in Clarkton.
