Madeline Marie Morse, age 92, passed away at home in Denville, New Jersey on January 30th, 2024.
Madeline was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 12, 1931 to Rose and Louis Camisa. She was a graduate of St. Joseph's Commercial High School for women in Brooklyn, and later moved with her family to Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Madeline was a long time resident of Pompton Lakes, working at the Dupont Company for 35 years as a secretary and then in benefit administration. Once retired, Madeline and her husband Oscar traveled on many adventures. Madeline for many years was active in the St Mary Seniors, she very much enjoyed planning the trips for the group.
Madeline was kind and generous. She was loved and respected by all who knew her. Her long life was a tribute to her positive attitude. Madeline enjoyed her family, friends, socializing, singing and most of all dancing!
Madeline is survived by her daughter Maureen Damstra, granddaughters Janel Zuffi, Robin Murray, and Kathleen Corbett, son in laws Robert Zuffi, Matthew Murray and Tommy Corbett, great grandchildren Anabella and Luke Zuffi; Gabriella, Jaxon, Henry and Walter Murray; Liam and Wesley Corbett, Madeline is predeceased by her parents Rose and Louis Camisa, son John Magee, and husband Oscar Morse.
