Madeline Tusing

Madeline Tusing, age 89, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Thursday June 5, 2025, with loving family by her side. She was born in Franklin, Ohio, on August 19, 1935, daughter of the late Stella (Jones) and Grady Rhule. Madeline retired from the former Jefferson Smurfit after more than 30 years of service. She enjoyed the outdoors ~ camping, and fishing, but most of all spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Tusing in 2011; a granddaughter Sarah David; 3 brothers, Grady Jr., Hulan, and Harold Rhule; and 3 sisters, Doris Stacy, Chris Dalton, and Lenona Rhule. Madeline is survived by her son, Rick Webb; 3 daughters, Deborah (Chuck) Fiden, Becky (Bill) Gephart, and Judy (Brian) Banks; 11 Grandchildren & 32 Great-Grandchildren; her brother, Larry (Jean) Rhule; her sister, Linda Powell; numerous nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held 9 – 11 a.m. Monday June 16, 2025, at the Dalton Funeral Home, 6900 Weaver Road, Germantown, OH, where the Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m., with Dr. Dan Flory officiating.
