Dr. Madelyn Gutwirth, PhD (nee Katz), March 21, 2025, of Haverford, Pa; noted scholar, author, professor of French, beloved wife of Marcel Gutwirth for 76 years, mother of Eve, Sarah (Peter Murphy) and Nathanael (Sarah Jolles); grandmother of Isabel Kats and Jonathan Gutwirth, Great-grandmother of Nora Kats.
Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services, Sunday, 11:00AM at Mt. Sharon Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
Shiva will be observed at The Quadrangle in Haverford where she made her home for the past 18 years.
