Moultrie, Georgia – Miss Madelyn Rae Hurst, of Moultrie, Georgia, fell asleep and met Jesus Christ on Thursday, November 13, 2025, while surrounded by her loving family.
Family and friends will gather from 2:00 until 4:00 PM, Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Born September 23, 2025, in Thomasville, Georgia, she was the daughter of Ethan Rayce Hurst and Shelly Marie Azar. She had the most infectious and cutest smile, was well loved by all who met her and was always smiling and cooing.
She is now met in Heaven by her great-grandparents, Frances Burley, Buddy Hurst, Sr. and Kim Chitty.
In addition to her loving parents, she is survived and will be missed by her grandparents, Kandice and Buddy Hurst, Tina and Courtney Azar; great-grandparents, Kathy and Danny Singley, Sandra and Rene Azar, Sharron Hurst and Debra Chitty. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
