I could always count on my grandma to make me feel good. Every time I saw,her she told me how pretty I was, and loved to hear what I was doing at my job and would gasp showing how impressed she was with what I was doing.
I have always felt safer in life knowing that my grandma was praying for me. She gave us the best childhood memories and created a second home for us in Michigan. we stayed with her during the summers. when we came home from the beach she would have fresh fruit & a home cooked dinner ready. She loved to watch us judge who got the tannest.
She was a constant source of love in my life. Michigan will always be a special place for me & I will always remember her when I'm there. She made dinner every night & loved to sit and talk. Every holiday she sent cards, and loved it when we would called her. I love my grandma & will miss her dearly but I know she's a child of God & is in heaven with my grandpa & the rest of her friends and family smiling down on us watching over us

I was so looking forward to wishing her a happy 100th birthday this coming June 10. A lovely lady with such a zest for her God, family & life. She shared a lot of her younger days, growing up in Chicago. Forever in our hearts.

Mae is one of those people that can focus 100% on you when visiting with her. She is so genuine in her interest in what you are doing and have to say. I always felt loved by her. When visiting her in Bethany in the evening she always had a pie or dessert to serve even though it was difficult for her get around in the later years. I think that she and Paul were my dad and mom's best friends. I look forward to seeing her again and catching up.

The sweetest, heartfelt tribute I have ever read, and Mae would have been overjoyed to read this. She loved her girls and always shared stories about them with such joy. She always made you feel loved. She is now in paradise. Praying for all her friends and family who miss her dearly.
