I met Mahdi through his lovely sister Donna, and I've always kept up with him via Donna. I was always impressed by Mahdi's intelligence and commitment to the community. It was a privilege to know him, and in recognition of Madhi's commitment to the Community, I am honored to make a donation to Hack & Hustle Social Entrepreneurship Academy in his Name and Memory.
I am sending my heartfelt condolences to his Mom, to Donna, to his Wonderful daughters Zakia and Sharifa....and to all of his other family, friends and loved ones. May we all take comfort in knowing that he is Resting In Peace. I will keep you all in my Thoughts and Prayers.

Mahdi was my best friend and brother. We met over 50 years ago and continued our calls and texts over the years. Time passed but our love for each other never ended. I will miss our calls and texts. I am so glad I never deleted these texts. Mahdi is at peace now and no is no longer suffering. I´ll miss you on this earth my friend. Save me a place in the band. Prayers for all he leaves behind. Peace, Lee
