Manuel Blunt Jr. Obituary
Manuel "Turk" Blunt Jr., born September 2, 1959, in New Orleans, passed away on March 25, 2026. A lifelong resident of New Orleans, he was educated within the Orleans school system. Manuel was known for his love of cooking, watching movies, and listening to music. Above all, he valued spending time with his friends and family.
Manuel is survived by his sister Tanya Blunt Wilson, brother Rodney Blunt, and Aunt Annie Mae Bell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother Rosalie Blunt, father Manuel Blunt Sr., sister Debra Blunt Butler, son Chad Burns, and nephew Ricky P. Butler.
A private service will be held for family.
