Siempre amado por su esposa (Rosa María Palacio) Hija (Wendy Jazmín Palacio) Hijos (José Manuel Palacio (María Palacio Mancera), Hulices Palacio y Samuel Palacio) y Nieta (Daleyza Palacio).

Hoy Manuel se encuentra en el reino de dios donde ya no hay sufrimiento ni dolor. Hoy él es feliz junto a sus padres donde lo reciben con los brazos abiertos. Manuel era muchas cosas: esposo padre abuelo hermano y amigo, pero más importante él era una persona muy fuerte y trabajadora. Cuando recuerden a Manuel recuérdenlo como aquel señor que le gustaban los caballos el jaripeo la música y el ambiente. Hoy el descansa, pero seguirá alrededor de todos nosotros disfrutando de la mejor vida y cuidándonos de todo peligro. Así que cuando quieran recordar a Don Manuel recuérdalo como el señor alto fuerte de botas y sombrero.

He is in the care of Norman Funeral Chapel, 2982 River Road West, Goochland, Virginia.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16 between the hours of 1:00-3:00pm, with a 3:00pm Mass service, at Sacred Heart Church, 1400 Perry Street, Richmond, Virginia, 23224.
