He graduated from high school and set out on creating his place in the world. He met and married Hilda (Lopez) Rendon and they said their vows to each other on May 15, 1971. They would set up their household and start a family in Twin Falls, Idaho area and later Temple, TX.
Manuel started up his own business in Temple. He was the owner and operator of Manuel's Body Shop. In the forty years of being in the area he was able to connect with many people.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Manuel leaves behind many people who will mourn his passing. His wife Hilda Rendon of Temple and son Enrique Rendon Sr. and wife Sylvia of Temple, daughters Yolanda Gonzalez and husband Oscar of Temple, and Veronica Rendon-Majmudar and husband Neal of Roseville, CA. Manuel also has a brother Lewis Rendon of Twin Falls, ID. He was blessed to have 10 grandchildren: Enrique Jr., Armando, Eduardo, Christian, and Fabian Rendon; Emilio, Francisco, and Mauricio Gonzalez; Sonika and Ava Majmudar. Manuel was also blessed with 2 great-grandchildren, Emiliano and Elena Gonzalez.
No services are planned.
Hewett-Arney Funeral Home of Temple, TX has been entrusted with the care of all arrangements.
