Mr. Marc Steven Belton, 66, of Clermont, Ga., died on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A Memorial Service for Mr. Belton will be held in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 p.m. following the visitation.
Marc passed peacefully on August 6, 2024 surrounded by family after his battle with Lung Cancer. Marc was born in Norfolk, Virginia and has resided in Clermont Georgia for the last 30 years. Marc has raised nine children here in the hometown of Clermont and was the former owner of QC Automart and Wauka Mountain Feed and Seed at Quillians. Marc is survived by Patti Belton, Daughters Lisa Saunders, Christina Breaux (Jason Breaux), Natalie Martin (Jonas Martin), Amber Allen (Bradley Allen), Sarah Belton (Theodore C. Ledford), Hannah Punches (Daniel Punches), Angelica Neethling (Werner Neethling), and son Jeremiah Belton (Megan Belton). Marc is preceded in death by his mom JoAnn Pearson and daughter Elizabeth Belton.
Marc also leaves behind a long legacy of 24 surviving grandchildren: Dillon Sturm (29), Emily Byrd (25), Alexander Filbert (24), Nathaniel Byrd (23), Hunter Breaux (21), Madison Hanlon (19), Brooke Hanlon (18), Noah Andrew Martin (17), Nicholas Punches (17), Claire Dillashaw (16), Ryder Breaux (15), Brently Allen (15), Blakely Allen (14), Aubrey Allen (13), Kaia Rain Belton (12), Piper Nix (12), Luke Dillashaw (12), Kylee Allen (11), Zoey Erin Martin (8), Ronney Westin Masters (8), Solomon Steve James Belton (3), Luna Eliza Jo Belton (1), Rini Punches (1), Marc-Elliot Punches (TBD).
The family has scheduled a Celebration of Life to follow after the memorial service for close family and friends as well as an intimate private ash spreading ceremony the following morning. W. R. Strickland & Sons, Clermont, Ga.
