With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Marc Christopher Crosley Sr., who left us on April 28, 2025, in
Naples, Florida. Born on April 3, 1959, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Marc lived a life rich in adventure and deep connections.
To those who knew him, Marc was more than a father or friendhe was a steady presence, an adventurous soul, and a man who always made time for others. He had a quiet strength, a quick wit, and a generous heart.
Marc's greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his sister Beth, his five children: Lindsey, Taylor, Victoria, Autumn, and Marc Jr., and his twelve grandchildren, each of whom brought him endless pride and happiness. He is also survived by his sisters children, Sierra, Harmony, and Taylor, as well as Karolyn and Jennifer, the mothers of his children, who remained important parts of his life. He is also remembered with love by the many neighborhood kids who grew up calling him Dad.
Marc worked for many years as a skilled skid steer operator, known for his dedication and work ethic. Away from the job, he loved life on the waterboating and fishing were his favorite pastimes. He found true joy in taking his grandchildren to the park, creating simple but cherished memories. He also loved going to the casino and playing cards, always enjoying the thrill of the game and the company of others.
Marc was a doerthere wasnt a job he couldnt get done. He was known for his ability to figure out the hardest situations and find solutions. He could talk his way out of anything, and when you were with him, you always felt safe. He was the person you could rely on, no matter what.
Good-looking and charismatic, Marc was funny, free-spirited, wild, kind, and endlessly generous. He was someone who would be there for you no matter what. He was stubborn in the best waynever afraid to stand his ground, especially during a good debate. He loved to argue, loved to laugh, and never passed up a conversation about aliens or conspiracy theories. His larger-than-life personality and boundless heart will never be forgotten.
We miss him dearly, but we celebrate the gift of having known him. Marcs life reminds us all to live adventurously, love deeply, and never take a moment for granted.
