Marc Fried Obituary
Marc was born in Northeast Philadelphia. He received his Bachelors Degree from Temple
University and his Masters from the University of Pennsylvania. Marc was a devoted Eagles fan, a motorcycle and car enthusiast and a fiercely competitive pickleball player.
We will miss his sarcasm and his witty sense of humor. Marc's actions and ways that he helped others showed how much he loved and cared for the people in his life.
He was a true Mensch and will be missed by everyone he loved.
Relatives and friends are invited Monday, April 24, 2023 beginning 10:45 am to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Inc. 2001 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 11:30 am. The service will also be live streamed on

I had Marc as a Manager for many years while we both were at Ryder. He was always respectful and compassionate in dealing with other regardless of their job title. My deepest condolences to his wife & family.

Marc and I were colleagues for several years, and a trusted personal friend that will be missed. Made a donation to AHA in his honor. Added a picture from the Pennsauken Country Club.. the last time we golfed together on 12.10.2015
