Worcester: Marc G. Lefebvre, 70 of Franklin Street died on Saturday, February 10 in UMass Memorial Hospital after an illness.
He leaves a brother Jean Lefebvre and his wife Theresa of Woodstock Valley, CT, his former wife Kathleen Toomey and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Rachel Marchisin.
Marc was born in Southbridge, son of the late Gerard and Fernande (Jolicoeur) Lefebvre. He graduated from Southbridge High School and attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL. He worked at Flexcon in Spencer for many years. He was one of the original members of the Gateway Players in Southbridge, he was an actor, director, and singer in many productions over the years. He was a devoted Catholic. He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and enjoyed watching all the New England Sports teams.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, February 19 at 10:00 AM in Christ the King Church, 1052 Pleasant Street, Worcester. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Old Notre Dame Cemetery, Southbridge. Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, is directing funeral arrangements.
