Marc David McGill

Services for Marc David McGill, 72, of Chandler will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at First Methodist Church of Chandler with Rev. Charles Jordan and Rev. Stacy Sanders officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Memorial Park in Tyler under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home.
Mr. McGill passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025, in Tyler. He was born February 8, 1953, to John Leslie and Peggy Caperton McGill.
Marc was a member of First Methodist Church of Chandler. He graduated from John Tyler High School class of 1971 and TSTI in Waco. He was a draftsman by trade for many years and concluded his working years as a courtesy shuttle driver for Classic Toyota in Tyler. He loved spending time with his family and his extended families the Crawford's and Martinez's. His hobbies included coaching softball and attending family sporting events. Marc was a people person and always greeted you with a smile and a hug and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Marc was preceded in death by his parents, and niece Megan McGill Dobrinski. He is survived by his loving family including brothers Randy McGill and wife Lori, Kyle McGill and wife Jill; nephews Chris and Chad McGill; nieces Heather Cagle and husband Kevin, Morgan Haldeman and husband Brandon; great nieces Katie Cagle and Ella Dobrinski; and great nephews Brycen, Huxley, Waiks Haldeman and Davis Dobrinski.
Pallbearers will be Alex Martinez, Pedro Martinez, Eduardo Martinez, Chris McGill, Chad McGill, Joe Coke, and Luke Little.
Visitation is scheduled from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway in Tyler.
