Marcella Anderson

Marcella Anderson, 72, of Moundsville, WV; died Friday, August 29, 2025 at Liza's Place, Wheeling, WV. She was born on June 28, 1953 in Wheeling, WV. Marcella was the proud owner and operator of Cars R Us and Hometown Transportation. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Siesta Key, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Chesnick; her mother, Mary Gemondo Parker; a sister, Betty Porter; and beloved golden retriever Brandy. Survivors include her husband, W. Michael Anderson; daughter, April (Mike) Berisford of Moundsville; two sisters, Constance Czahoroski of Corydon, Indiana and Cynthia (David) Chambers of Powhatan Point, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions can be sent to Marshall County Animal Shelter at 37 Animal Shelter Drive, Moundsville, WV 26041.
