Marcella Griffin, age 95, of Temple, passed from this life Friday, July 25, 2025. Services will be held at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple on Monday, August 4, with a visitation starting at 10 a.m. and funeral service immediately following at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park and Cemetery.
Marcella was born on April 15, 1930, to Curry and Lola Mintz Davis in Waycross, Georgia. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many people throughout her life. She was always available to her family and friends, reaching out to help in any possible way. She will be desperately missed.
Marcella is preceded by her parents, Curry and Lola Mintz Davis; husband, Marion “Bubba” Griffin; husband, Roland “Bud” Tish; brothers, Walter Williams, JC Davis, and Don Davis; and sisters, June Lewis, Louise Stevens, and Lois Davis.
Survivors include her daughters, Pam Moriarty, and Carol Sepulvado; grandchildren, Brian Walker, and Damon Bro; great grandchildren, Hayden Walker, Autumn Walker, Liam Bro, and Reagan Bro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
