EDISON-MARCI GIETTER (née Bromberg) passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at The Bristal at Somerset. She was 66 years old.
Born in New York, NY, to Alfred and Mildred (née Rubin) Bromberg, she resided in Great Neck, NY, before settling down in Edison 42 years ago.
Prior to retiring in 2019, she was an Assistant Administrator for John F Kennedy Hospital in Edison where she worked for 40 years.
In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and reading.
Marci was predeceased by her father, Alfred Bromberg.
Surviving are her daughters, Emily Mendicino and her husband, William, of Branchburg, Shayna Gietter and her husband. Gilbert Salanga, of Middletown; her mother, Mildred Bromberg of Great Neck, NY; her brother, Bruce Bromberg and his spouse, Blue Carreon, of East Hampton, NY; her sister, Jill Bromberg of New York, NY, and her grandchild, Grayson Salagna.
A chapel service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 9:45 am, at MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, interrment will follow at Beth Moses Cemetery in West Babylon, NY. For directions, please see "Events" listed below.
