Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 25 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Thomasville. Rev. Clay Cloud will officiate.
Born March 4, 1958 in Thomasville, GA, Mr. Hobbs was the son of Barbara Wilson Hobbs Giddens and the late Irving C. Hobbs, Jr. He worked for Firetower Peanut Company and was a member of First Baptist Church of Camilla.
Survivors include three daughters, Stephanie Shiver (Phil) of Baconton, Amanda Heard (Jason) of Camilla, and Jenna Harrell (Travis) of Hopeful; his mother, Barbara Hobbs Giddens (Tim) of Camilla; two brothers, Randy Hobbs (Velynda) and Chris Hobbs (Betty); his loving companion, Juanita Dixon of Pelham; and eight grandchildren, Sara Shiver, Reid Shiver, Grant Shiver, Emma Heard, Ava Heard, Logan Magelund, Noah Magelund, Cullen Harrell.
Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
