Marcus Lee Sneed was born to Lula B. Alexander Sneed on March 20, 1933, in Manchacha, Texas. Marcus professed a hope in Christ at an early age.
Marcus attended grade school in Manchaca, Texas, all the way until he graduated high school. He served in the U.S. Army for several years and received an honorable discharge.
Marcus worked as a mechanic for years at Southside Auto Ports, Auto Recycle and finally at Browning Auto Parts where he worked for over 15 years until his health began to fail.
He also served on the Deacon board at Neighborhood Baptist Church until his health began to fail. He loved spending time with his family and friends
Preceding him in death is his mother, Lula B. Alexander Sneed; and brother, Chester L. Sneed.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Lula Mae Sneed; children, Dorothy Brady-Mays, Sammy Brady and Alvin Brady; his nine grandchildren: Ma'sha Lofton, Porsha Lofton, Keithon Darby, Terrence Brady, La Tonia Brady, Dedric Brady, Melissa Brady-Dixon, Matthew Brady and Melinda Brady; his great-grandchildren, Stanley Wallace, Jr., Nevaeh Brown, Kaliah Darby, Asia Brady, Cash Brady, Malayasia Shaw, Mar'Keith Jackson, Mar'Keis Jackson, Franky Robinson and Mecca Boari; his special friends, Deacon Robert Hill, Jantos "Cuz" Allen, Shonda Haywood, Teresa Brooks, Rev. Charles King, Melvin King, Jr. (deceased), Lisa King (deceased) and Darryl Barnett.
