Maretta was born in Easton, PA on January 18, 1936 to the late Joseph and Carolyn Rymon Maier.
Maretta was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School and Churchman Business School. She was a homemaker for her family and was very involved in all aspects of Wesley United Methodist Church in Phillipsburg, NJ. Maretta was an avid reader and enjoyed doing puzzles.
Maretta is survived by Son, Paul D. (Maria) Weisel, Jr. and Brian Weisel; grandchildren, Nicholas and his wife Alicia, Christopher and his husband Matthew, and Melissa; great-grandchildren, Ciera and Gabe; great-great-grandchildren, Mia and Markus; Sisters, Joyce Stibitz and Carolyn Gatlin; Brother, Thomas (Veronica) Maier; numerous nieces and nephews. Maretta was predeceased by Husband, Paul D Weisel, Sr.
Services for Maretta will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flower, memorials may be made in Maretta's name to Wesley United Methodist Church; 35 Miller Street; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 or the charity of one's choice.
