Margaret E. Albeser-Cheyney

Margaret E. Albeser-Cheyney, of Langhorne, died Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at St. Mary Medical Center. She was 88 years old.

Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Thomas James Albeser. The couple had shared over 45 years of love and family at the time of his passing in 2000. She is also predeceased by her loving husband Barton Cheyney, who passed in 2015.

As one of two daughters born in Philadelphia, PA, to William and Edna Love, Margaret was predeceased by her sister Edna Hottensen.

Margaret lived a full life and loved to celebrate each moment. She filled her youth with dancing, music, archery, singing, and any new experience that led her to meeting new people and sharing her joy. When she married, she built her home with her husband, Tom, and they filled their home with laughter, love, and as many animals as she could sneak in. When her daughter, began elementary school, Margaret began driving school buses for the Council Rock School District. She loved the chaos of her full bus, and drove for almost 40 years.

Margaret will be missed and remembered by her daughter, Margaret E. Dingui; her brother-in-law, Normal Hottensen, her niece, Susan and John Foik; her grandchildren, Meredith Harrar, Thomas and Katie Dingui and Sophia Dingui; her great grandchildren, Emery Rose Dingui and Isla Jean Harrar. Known for her ability to make people feel comfortable and her gregarious personality, she will also be missed by many friends, and strangers turned friends, that loved her dearly.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Margaret's family on Thursday evening November 13, 2025 from 5:30 pm until Words of Remembrances at 7:30 pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954

Her interment will take place privately.

In lieu of flowers, to honor Margaret's love of God's creatures big and small, memorial contributions may be made to the Women's Animal Shelter at 3839 Richlieu Road in Bensalem, PA 19020.
