Margaret F. Biddlecombe, 87, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, January 12, 2026 at the Willows.
Born September 12, 1938 in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Dennis Everett Tucker and Carrie Rachel (Carpenter) Tucker. She married Donald Biddlecombe on June 23, 1968 and he preceded her on March 15, 2007.
Survivors include a son Richard Collins (Tonia) of Shelbyville; a brother Donald Tucker of Shelbyville; 5 grandchildren- Markeeta Languell, Leah Haddix, Cory Collins, Kaleb Lee, Levi Linville; and 9 great grandchildren- Destiny, Lincoln, Brenya, Mallory, Lynkin, Cole, Harmony, Wayland, and Kison.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse, a son Christopher Collins, granddaughter Cassie Collins, grandson Luke Linville, and several brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Biddlecombe had lived in this area her entire lifetime, and graduated from Shelbyville High School. She attended Beacon Baptist Church, and was a home maker.
Margaret was always very active in her church, and dearly loved her family and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Rd. Friends may call on Friday afternoon from 12:00 noon until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to Alzheimer's Association, in care of the funeral home.
