Margaret Florence (McClure) Boyd, 82, of Fountainville, PA; formally of Ivyland, PA and Secaucus, NJ, entered into the presence of her Savior Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Known as Midge to many, she was the loving wife of Kenneth G. Boyd for almost 62 years. She was born in Jersey City to the late Edward McClure and the late Margaret (Savino) McClure. She was a graduate from Weehawken High School in New Jersey. Midge, a Cosmetologist, graduated from the Jersey State Beauty Academy and the Clairol Institute of Coloring. She also worked for I.N.A. in Philadelphia with her sister-in-law when her husband was drafted in the Vietnam War. Most of all, she enjoyed being a homemaker, baking bread, baking and cooking. She also enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening, and painting. She spent many summers down the shore with her family. Midge was involved in various ministries throughout her life. She found great joy in teaching Sunday School and Vacation Bible School through the years. In the late 70's she held a Bible Club in her home for the neighborhood children. She was fluent in sign language and served in the deaf ministry for many years. Along with her husband, Midge was involved in a tract ministry, a youth group ministry, and the Glory Bound Ministry at Bucks County Prison where she held a Bible Study for female prisoners for over two decades. She was part of the Jack Van Impe Bi-Centennial Evangelistic Choir. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Buckingham, PA and served in various ministries until she was almost 80 years old. Midge loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, praying for them faithfully. She is survived by her loving husband, Ken, daughter Renee (David) Keller of Quakertown PA, Matthew Boyd of Quakertown PA; two grandchildren, Jordana (Tyler) Mann of Fountainville, PA; and Cheyemma Keller of Quakertown PA; her two great grandchildren Owen and Carter Mann. She is also survived by her sister, Beverly Lazicki of AR, and many nieces and nephews. A calling will be held on Friday, June 20th at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 2622 Durham Rd., Buckingham, PA 18912 at 10:00 am followed by an 11:00 service. Burial will take place at Whitemarsh Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church Building Fund.

Midge was truly a woman of Faith and a perfect example of a believer in Christ. She did so much to serve Him, setting a wonderful example to her children, family, church family and all of those with whom she came into contact each day. Her devotion to Ken, and his to her, was wonderful to see. Ken took such good care of her and saw to it that she had everything that she needed. She was blessed to have him. And he was blessed to have her. We will miss Midge and will never forget this woman who did so much to serve God and lovingly care for her family. We rejoice that we will see her again! Our deepest condolences and love go out to Ken and the entire family.
