Margaret Owen Crews

Margaret Owens Crews age 84, of Fort Mill, SC, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025, peacefully at home. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Wolfe Funeral Home. An additional visitation will be held at Flint Hill Baptist Church on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 1-1:45 p.m. The funeral ceremony will follow at 2 p.m. The burial will be in the church cemetery.
Born in South Boston, VA, she was the daughter of the late George Frank Owens and Bonnie Viola Richardson. She loved to cook her favorite meals, or sit down and crochet but most importantly, she loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by her children, David Crews (Cindy) of Fort Mill, SC and George Crews (Sonya) of Fort Mill, SC; her grandchildren Bradley Crews (Jess) of York, SC, Serena Crews of Fort Mill, SC, Rachel Brown (David) of York, SC, Justin Crews (Elizabeth) of Fort Mill, SC; her great grandchildren Paulann, Silas, Sara, Willowgrace and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Earlie Crews; and siblings, Robert Owens and Henry Owens. Memorials may be made to: Flint Hill Baptist Church.
